Upon final payment, the ownership of custom deliverables (such as websites or articles) is transferred to the client, while Datta Genics retains the right to showcase the work in our professional portfolio.
4. Payment and Fees
- Invoicing: Invoices are issued based on the milestones agreed upon in the project proposal.
- Due Dates: Payments are due within the timeframe specified on the invoice.
- Late Payments: We reserve the right to pause work or withhold deliverables if payments are significantly delayed.
5. Client Responsibilities
To ensure the best results, the client agrees to provide all necessary information, credentials, and feedback required for project completion. Delays in providing these materials may result in a shift in project deadlines.
6. Confidentiality
Datta Genics respects your business privacy. Any sensitive information shared with us—including business strategies, lead lists, or proprietary data—will be kept strictly confidential and will not be shared with third parties without your explicit consent.
7. Limitation of Liability
While we strive to provide the highest quality SEO and marketing services, digital algorithms are subject to change. Datta Genics is not liable for any loss of revenue, data, or ranking due to third-party platform updates or changes beyond our direct control.
8. Termination of Service
Either party may terminate a service agreement with written notice if the other party breaches these terms. Upon termination, the client is responsible for paying for all work completed up to the date of termination.
9. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Datta Genics is registered. Any disputes shall be resolved through amicable negotiation or in the local courts of that jurisdiction.
